La publication présente notamment le caractère consultatif de l’Assemblée de l’Arbre et distingue explicitement la Déclaration des mécanismes de personnalité juridique. À la suite d’un échange avec la rédaction, une précision éditoriale a été intégrée afin de distinguer les « Quinze Engagements des collectivités locales et régionales » des « Quinze Engagements des entreprises », deux instruments distincts développés par La Compagnie des Papillons Bleus.Article devoted to the Universal Declaration of Tree Rights, its institutional architecture and its principal implementation instruments. The publication notably presents the consultative nature of the Assembly of the Tree and explicitly distinguishes the Declaration from legal-personhood mechanisms. Following an exchange with the editorial team, an editorial clarification was incorporated to distinguish the “Fifteen Commitments for Local and Regional Authorities” from the “Fifteen Commitments for Companies”, two separate instruments developed by La Compagnie des Papillons Bleus.
