À la suite de

l’appel du 18 novembre 2018

La Compagnie des Papillons Bleus adresse cette pétition aux Nations Unies, au Conseil de l’Europe, à la Commission européenne et au Parlement européen.

 


L’

Assemblée de l’Arbre

est née de l’appel du 18 novembre 2018. Elle a pour vocation de soutenir et de diffuser la Déclaration universelle des droits de l’Arbre (#DUDA #UDTR), de favoriser la coopération autour de sa mise en œuvre et de contribuer au développement du projet de Convention internationale des droits de l’Arbre (#CIDA #ICTR), en vue d’un dialogue avec les États et les institutions internationales compétentes.

 


Des femmes et des hommes ont répondu présents et ont commencé à constituer l’

#AssembléedelArbre
.
À la suite de l’appel du 18 novembre 2018, initié par Ricardo Rey, des juristes, scientifiques, professionnels de l’Arbre et de la forêt et d’autres contributeurs internationaux ont rejoint l’initiative et participé à sa réflexion et à son développement.
Ricardo Rey est l’auteur et l’initiateur de la Déclaration universelle des droits de l’Arbre et le fondateur de l’Assemblée de l’Arbre.
La Compagnie des Papillons Bleus est l’organisation officiellement porteuse de la Déclaration et de son développement institutionnel.

Following the

appeal of 18 November 2018

La Compagnie des Papillons Bleus submits this petition to the United Nations, the Council of Europe, the European Commission and the European Parliament.

 


The

Assembly of the Tree

emerged from the appeal of 18 November 2018. Its purpose is to support and disseminate the Universal Declaration of Tree Rights (#DUDA #UDTR), to foster cooperation around its implementation and to contribute to the development of the proposed International Convention on Tree Rights (#CIDA #ICTR), with a view to dialogue with States and competent international institutions.

 


Women and men responded to the appeal and began to form the

#AssemblyoftheTree
.
Following the appeal of 18 November 2018, initiated by Ricardo Rey, legal professionals, scientists, Tree and forestry professionals and other international contributors joined the initiative and contributed to its reflection and development.
Ricardo Rey is the author and initiator of the Universal Declaration of Tree Rights and the founder of the Assembly of the Tree.
La Compagnie des Papillons Bleus is the organisation officially responsible for the stewardship of the Declaration and its institutional development.

 


We call upon humanity to support this petition.

Asamblea del Árbol

nació del llamamiento del 18 de noviembre de 2018. Su finalidad es apoyar y difundir la Declaración Universal de los Derechos del Árbol (#DUDA #UDTR), favorecer la cooperación en torno a su aplicación y contribuir al desarrollo del proyecto de Convención Internacional sobre los Derechos del Árbol (#CIDA #ICTR), con vistas al diálogo con los Estados y las instituciones internacionales competentes.

 


Mujeres y hombres respondieron al llamamiento y comenzaron a constituir la

#AsambleadelÁrbol
.
Tras el llamamiento del 18 de noviembre de 2018, iniciado por Ricardo Rey, juristas, científicos, profesionales del Árbol y del ámbito forestal y otros colaboradores internacionales se sumaron a la iniciativa y participaron en su reflexión y desarrollo.
Ricardo Rey es el autor e iniciador de la Declaración Universal de los Derechos del Árbol y el fundador de la Asamblea del Árbol.
La Compagnie des Papillons Bleus es la organización oficialmente responsable de la Declaración y de su desarrollo institucional.
