Collaborate

Collaborate with La Compagnie des Papillons Bleus

La Compagnie des Papillons Bleus supports local and regional authorities wishing to adopt the Universal Declaration of Tree Rights and the Fifteen Commitments specifically designed for them.

Businesses now have a distinct institutional pathway enabling them to adopt the Universal Declaration of Tree Rights and the Fifteen Commitments for Businesses, designed to give the principles of the Declaration practical effect within corporate governance, activities, projects, purchasing, sourcing, financing, investments, business relationships and, where relevant, value chains.

Associations, NGOs, foundations, networks, universities, educational establishments, institutions and other organisations may propose to La Compagnie des Papillons Bleus a scientific, legal, educational, cultural, institutional or operational collaboration, whether one-off or long-term.

Any adoption, cooperation or collaboration initiative must comply with the Official Framework of the Universal Declaration of Tree Rights, which defines, in particular, its institutional stewardship and governance, as well as the conditions governing representation, use, authorisation and communication.

Adoption of the Declaration, participation in a collaboration or contribution to a project does not, in itself, confer any mandate to represent La Compagnie des Papillons Bleus, the Universal Declaration of Tree Rights or the Assembly of the Tree, nor does it create any implied institutional partnership.

Three distinct pathways

Local and Regional Authorities

Local and Regional Authorities

Local and regional authorities may adopt the Universal Declaration of Tree Rights and the Fifteen Commitments for Local Authorities, which provide a roadmap for their progressive implementation.

La Compagnie des Papillons Bleus supports them in understanding the framework, preparing the formal act of adoption, formalising their commitment, registering with the International Register of Signatory Local Authorities, and progressively implementing the Fifteen Commitments.

Organisations, associations et institutions

Organisations, Associations and Institutions

Associations, NGOs, foundations, networks, universities, educational establishments, institutions and other organisations may propose a collaboration with La Compagnie des Papillons Bleus in connection with the Universal Declaration of Tree Rights and its related instruments.

Such collaboration may take the form of public support, a one-off initiative, a publication, a scientific, educational, legal or cultural programme, or a longer-term partnership.

Any proposed collaboration must be reviewed and approved in advance by La Compagnie des Papillons Bleus. Where it involves joint action, representation before third parties, joint communications, or the use of names or logos, it must be formalised through a written agreement or cooperation protocol.

Making contact or submitting a proposal does not constitute acceptance, confer any mandate, or establish an official partnership.
